Unfortunately, yes, we have rules. Rules are needed to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that the community is happy! Below is our list of rules for characters, members, shoutbox, and more. Please follow them, or accept the consequences.
MEMBER RULES
1. Please be respectful to everyone on here no matter what! We do NOT tolerate bullying whatsoever.
2. You must be at least 13 years of age to join C.O.O in order to comply with ProBoards’ TOS.
3. Don’t constantly pester the staff about anything. It’s annoying, and disrespectful.
4. Don’t spam or troll. Trolling and spamming is pure stupidity, and if you enjoy doing these things, GTFO.
5. You may swear in the shoutbox, but limit it. We have younger members here.
6. Don’t post links to pornographic or 18+ sites, or phishing links.
7. Don’t rant about other members on here. It’s very disrespectful. If you’re doing this on another site, we’ll try and find you.
8. Don’t “groom” other members on here. Grooming is basically controlling someone who is younger than you. You’re not their mom or dad.
9. Contact the staff if you have issues, don’t take it out on others.
10. Don’t use images you don’t have the rights to use for your character, or art of other characters that isn’t yours.
CHARACTER RULES
1. Your character cannot be completely evil or whatever without a reason if it’s an OC. An explanation is very helpful!
2. If you’re going to breed with another character, do a fade-to-black.
3. Violence and swearing is allowed for characters, but not excessive swearing.
4. Your character can’t have any special additions to them like jewelry or anything, unless they’re canon and must look like how they do in the manga / anime.
5. Your character cannot have any special abilities unless they’re canon and have to use the powers they have. The only OC characters that can use the Battōga must be taught. Your OC can have certain battle moves though.
6. No powerplaying or godmodding is allowed for your character to do. Only powerplay with permission.
7. Your characters must have their own accounts registered on Chronicles of Ohu.
