In the Ginga series, there are two ganin(ninja) dog clans called the Igas and Kōgas. In GNG, the Igas were very peaceful, and the Kōgas were war-hungry and violent dogs. Now, they’re both peaceful, but the Igas don’t exist anymore. The Iga dogs are known to be Kishu Inus, a kind of dog breed from Japan(Nihon Ken), or can be Kishu mixes, and they’re also usually white. The Kōgas are their own fictional breed, sporting a mohawk-like hair style. As of GDW, the Iga ninja dogs are disbanded. The Kōgas are still around, though, led by Kurojaki’s son, Tesshin.
